Up to 50% off PREMIUM boots are available for rentals of 6 days or more.

What is considered a children's set?
A children's set includes alpine skis or a snowboard up to and including 130 cm in length, alpine ski or snowboard boots up to and including size 23 (Russian size 35), and poles up to and including 100 cm in length.
Is it possible to rent just the boots?
Yes. Ski and snowboard boots for adults and children start at 599 ₽ per day, while PREMIUM boots (skis with a flex of 100–120, and snowboards with BOA) start at 899 ₽.
Is it possible to rent equipment and clothing?
Yes. A helmet, mask, gloves, and protection start at 399 rubles per piece per day; a premium helmet or mask starts at 699 rubles; a ski suit starts at 1,699 rubles; a jacket or pants starts at 699 rubles per piece; and ski poles start at 299 rubles per pair.
How do I book a rental and is prepayment required?
Submit an online request on our website without registration or contact us by phone at 8 (800) 511-20-34, WhatsApp, or Telegram. A manager will clarify your requirements, select equipment, and confirm your reservation via email or WhatsApp. A small deposit is required for reservations.
How do I cancel a reservation and get a refund?
To cancel your order, call the call center at 8 (800) 511-20-34 and provide your order number. You will then be prompted to submit a refund request via email. Refunds are processed within 10 days, as established by law, and the exact timeframe depends on your bank. For more information, see the section Payment Terms.
How do you select the size and set up your inventory?
Our equipment is specially selected for beginner skiers and alpine skiing enthusiasts. Before delivery, we confirm your height, weight, and foot size, select skis or snowboard, and adjust them to your specifications. We deliver boots in two or three pairs with different lasts to ensure a perfect fit.
Is there free delivery of equipment to the hotel and how do I return it?
Yes, delivery is free to all hotels in the Krasnaya Polyana, Rosa Khutor, Gazprom, and Esto-Sadok resorts for rentals of two or more days. On the last day of your rental, rental staff will pick up your equipment and return your deposit. You can also drop off your equipment at the rental location yourself.
